Can I modify or cancel my order?

Do you accept customized orders? 
Yes, please send us your design/reference to our email.

Can I modify wig color/size after purchase?  
It is possible before shipment. We can't modify it if the parcel was already shipped. Hence please reach us in time.

Do you accept other payments except PayPal.
Yes, we accept other payments . you can have many choices.

Shipping & Handling

What are shipping options?
We only use safe and reputable delivery companies like DHL.UPS. USPS,FedEx etc. 

Where is my order tracking number? 
Once the order is placed, you will receive an email about the order information. Please email us if you haven't got tracking number.

Wigs/Wig Products

Can I wash my wigs?

Yes! All of our products can be washed. We recommend using a sulfate-free shampoo for our 100% Remy Human hair products or a gentle wig shampoo for our Japanese Synthetic Fiber products. 

Can wigs be dyed?

Unfortunately synthetic hair cannot be dyed. Our 100% remy human hair can be dyed, but we suggest avoiding harsh chemicals or re-dying multiple times. Just like your real hair, coloring can damage the hair. 

 

    What does remy mean?

    Our human hair products are made from 100% Remy human hair. This means the hair cuticle is aligned in the same direction it grew in, which reduces tangling and can last three times longer than our competitor's non-Remy products (which are also often mixed with animal hair - which we NEVER do).

    Pricing varies depending on the color of the extensions and added processing. To get our beautiful lighter and balayage shades, the hair must go through a special bleaching and dying process. We takes extra steps to offer the best quality to preserve the hair integrity and longevity during this process.
