At Bestwigbuy® we want exchanges to be simple and as easy as possible. Please read the below information carefully, as we have recently updated these policies.


      We hope every customer is satisfied with our products. Your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we can easily arrange an exchange for you easily.  All items returned must be in its original condition in its' original packaging .Items must be returned within allowed timeframe. Items cannot be worn, chemically treated, cut, washed, or altered in any way, including the removal of tags and labels. If exposed to odors, such as cigarette smoke or perfume, items will not be accepted. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your return to be processed.  Items received that are not in eligible condition will be returned at your cost, without refund or exchange applied.  As per the guidelines below.

    Indicating the order number, item(s) you want to return and the reason. Our customer service will provide some instructions about returns and exchanges of the item(s) within 24(workdays)/48(weekends) hours.


Policy May Different Because of the Different Categories

   Please note, special categories may be subject to a return policy, that may differ from our standard return policy above.

  • All exchanges and returns will be inspected. Those items not in pristine condition or without original packaging (including hair nets, all tags, and inserts) WILL NOT be processed for an exchange or refund.
  • ALL clearance wigs may be returned within 30 days for exchange or merchandise credit ONLY.
  • Products with no quality-related issues can not be returned.  If there are quality problems, we will pay the return fee and ship a new one.  We do not accept return if you choose the wrong size  , disliked hairstyle or wrong color, but we will try our best to solve the problems.
  • Full refunds: we offer full refund on an item that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. Damage caused because of the fault of the third party or customer’s own fault cannot for refund.
  • Partial refunds: we also offer partial refund on returned items. Such as, insist on returning because personal reasons ( such as, dislike the hairstyle, wrong color or size.), but you should pay two fees.(shipping fee and restock fee15% of product's price)
  • Shipping costs
  • For unwanted items, the round-trip shipping costs should be paid by Buyer. Also after we receiving your item. Generally, we need to deducting restocking fee, too.
