The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing Time
10-15 business days (Monday to Friday ). We do not process on the weekends or holidays. Processing times are NOT included in the delivery time. Please plan accordingly.
Shipping Time

- DHL Standard Shipping: 3--5Working Days
- FedEx Standard Shipping: 5-7 Working Days

Attention: Although we try to send your hair to you as fast as we can, please don’t order hair less than 48 hours before you need it! It's always best to give yourself at least a 2-week cushion before you need it to avoid any unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery.
Please Noticed:
We don't process orders on Sunday.( Shipping companies all close on Sunday.Please choose the right shipping method with concern after Friday.)
Processing & shipping times may be extended during sales & holidays.
Discounts cannot be applied or changed after you've made your purchase.
Multiple discounts cannot be applied to orders.
Orders will only be retained for 5 working days after submitting when the phone number missing or Incomplete address. Longer than that, the order will be canceled and money will be returned accordingly. So pls make sure that you leave the correct shipping address and contact number when placing an order(PO Box addresses are not accepted).
